Joe Francis Wellman, age 67 died at the Kobacker House on July 25, 2017. Born to the late Vanton and Betty Wellman on 9/7/1949 in busseyville KY. He Moved to Columbus, OH with his family in 1956 where he lived the remainder of his life. Preceded in death by Sherry (Johnson) Wellman (wife ) and Sandy (Maynard) Wellman (wife); Vanton and Betty Wellman (parents); (big)Larry Wellman (brother); Brad Wellman (son); Charlene Wellman (niece). Survived by children, Tami Blackburn, Kathy and Christopher Burns, Kristy and Jerry Hudson and Dale and Crissy Johnson; many grandchildren; brother, Charles and Gracie Wellman; Nieces and Nephews, Tresa Smith a very special niece was more like a daughter to him, Steven Smith, Shane Smith, Tiffany Smith and Hannah and Daniel, Charlie Smith, Mick and Lori Wellman, (little) Larry Wellman, Amy Wellman and Gino and many more.
