John Joseph Lascola, age 72, passed away December 2, 2020. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Nina and Sebastiano Lascola. John proudly served in the US Coast Guard for several years before working in the automotive industry both as a mechanic and machinist. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and enjoyed going to the casinos to play slots. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Dawn Corzatt. John is survived by son, Joe Lascola; daughter-in-law, Penny Lascola, son-in-law, Kyle Corzatt; grandchildren, Sammy, Eric and Sara Corzatt, Alex and Lynzee Lascola, and Hannah and Jake Crabtree; as well as great grandchildren, Blaine, Leona, and Shayla; brother, Charles Lascola and Niece Becky.
