Jordan Richard Emerson, 33, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on February 25, 2026.

Born on October 17, 1992, in Columbus, Ohio, Jordan was a devoted husband, proud father, loving son, brother, and friend. He built his career as a skilled electrician and was a dedicated member of IBEW Local 683, where he took great pride in his work and in the brotherhood he was part of.

Jordan was intelligent, quick-witted, and effortlessly funny. He had a curious mind and could often be found sharing the latest conspiracy theory he had discovered, always ready to spark a lively conversation. He enjoyed playing video games, writing and listening to music, and most of all, spending time with his family. His laugh was unforgettable, and his smile had a way of lighting up every room he entered.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dick Barry, and his aunt, Beth Coe.

Jordan leaves behind his loving wife, Amber Emerson; his cherished sons, Kye Emerson and River Emerson; his mother, Cheryl Emerson; his father, Keith Harris; his brothers, West Emerson and Tyler Chase; his sister, Melina Harris; his grandmother, Betty Barry; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Liz Nolen; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4071 Winchester Pike, Columbus, Ohio 43232.

Jordan's love for his family was unwavering, and the legacy of that love will continue through the lives of his children and all who were blessed to know him.
