Joseph J. Latchaw, age 66, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021. Retired from Giant Eagle in German Village, member of the 4S Club. He is preceded in death by mother Anna May Latchaw and brother Albert. He is survived by numerous friends, including close friends, Rich Queen and Cynthia Barth; estranged children, Mary and Timothy. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 5-7PM at the O.R.
