Joseph "Mike" F. Phillips, age 67, passed away May 4, 2017. Born May 22, 1949 in Etna, OH to the late Francis and Rita Phillips. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corp in Vietnam, he worked for Dick Baker Roofing for many years. He is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Ron Pike. Mike is survived loving companion of 30 years, Ruth Marcum; children, Michael Phillips, Clayton (Marissa), Abbie (Denny) Cox, Jonathon, and Blake Marcum-Phillips; granddaughter, Athena Marcum; sister, Wanda Pike; close nephews, Jason and Jay Pike; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 7, from 3 to 5 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. Graveside goodbye will be held Monday 11 am at Holy Cross Cemetery in Pataskala.
