Joy Dianne Lee, born October 11th, 1952, passed away on July 2, 2026, after an 8-year battle with Lewy Body Dementia. Joy was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known for her witty and feisty sense of humor and her great love for The Beatles and The Bee Gees.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, of 51 years, Jack; and her son-in-law, Louis Craig Grutsch. Joy's memory will be cherished by her loving family: her son, Jack III; her daughter, Jessica; and son-in law, Bill; her former daughter-in-la, Dana; her siblings, her nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.

Joy was a proud grandmother, to Daniel, Gavin, Olivia, Elliot, Tyler, Rob (Courtney), Kyle, and Louis Jr. She also leaves behind her great-granddaughter, Amelia. The family extends a special thank you to Logan Elm Healthcare for their compassionate care, and to Capital City Hospice for their support during her end-of-life care. Joy's kindness, strength, love for her family and infectious spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

While our hearts ache with her absence, we find comfort in knowing that Joy is reunited with her beloved Jack, in God's loving embrace. A private celebration of life will be held by her family.
