Joyce O. Milligan, age 83, of Junction City, OH was received in the loving arms of God on September 20, 2012 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, what a glorious homecoming. Born December 8, 1928 to the late Clifford and Madge Barrett in Columbus, OH. Retired after many years with Kroger Bakery. Preceded in death by husband Paul A. Milligan. Survived by sons, Larry (Mary) Milligan, Rodger Milligan, and Bruce (Rose) Milligan; daughter, Mary Kay (Jim) Freshour; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two nieces and a wonderful church family. As a devoted member of Salem Chapel United Brethren Church she was a faithful servant in the Women's Missionary Fellowship, Child Evangelism Ministry, and volunteered for nearly 20 years at the Scioto Youth Camp. She was a member of the Creek Valley Quilters and Patchwork Quilters where she fulfilled her love of quilting.
