Judith Ann Evans, age 70, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011 at Grant Medical Center. Born September 15, 1941, in Columbus to the late Bernard and Priscilla Erwin. Also preceded in death by son, Mike Evans; brother, Wayne Erwin. Survived by husband of 52 years, Charles Evans; children, Barb Evans, Florence (Wilburn) Johnson, and Cindy (C.J.)
