Kay E. Salyer age 85 passed away February 7, 2021 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was born January 26, 1936 to her parents, Arthur and Carrie Sharp Ballard in Lewisburg, Ohio. She retired from AT&T after 33 years and kept working with Health Pro. Survived by her husband of 43 years William "Bill" Salyer. Her sister, Patricia Kendig; brothers, Clarence (Yvonne) Barnett and Ronald Ballard; sisters in law, Sharon Cox and Marsha Hanavan. Preceded in death by siblings, Carole and Lowell.
