Kevin Lee Bowshier, age 65, passed away April 23, 2025, at Marion General Hospital. Kevin was born on January 29, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio to Wilbur and Doris Bowshier. Kevin was previously a plumber for several companies in Columbus, with a residence at Hidden Lakes in Mt. Gilead, Ohio. He was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, which he loved being with friends to cheer on the team. Kevin is preceded in death by father, Wilbur Bowshier; sister, Deborah Rigsby; and brother-in-law, Clarence McCoy; sister-in-law, Kathy Bowshier. He is survived by his son, Kevin Bowshier II, of Box Elder, South Dakota; daughters, Crystal Wilson of Reynoldsburg, and Tiffany Bachelder of Mansfield; mother, Doris Bowshier of Columbus; sister, Christine McCoy; brother, Larry Bowshier; a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. He will be missed by his Hidden Lakes family and special friends Donald Cornette of Fulton, and Jason Hubbell of Mount Gilead. Visitation for Kevin will be Tuesday April 29, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at O.R. Woodyard Co. South High Street Chapel, 1346 S, High St. Columbus, Oh. 43207 where funeral services will be held Wednesday April 30, 2025, at 11:00 am. Pastor Wayne Gray officiating. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
