Kimberly "Kim" Frazier, age 50, passed away on August 26, 2017. She was born on August 14, 1967 to Jim and Connie Frazier of Columbus, OH. Kim is preceded in death by her son, Dwane Jr. She is survived by her companion of many years, Dwane Chaffins; children, Brad, Christina, Johnny, Brittany, and Tyler; grandchildren, Megan, Dwane the III, Catalina, Nevaeh, Cassie, Johnny Jr., Aiden, Andrew, and Braylee.
