Larry William McCoy, age 74, passed away peacefully at home on May 2, 2025. He was born to the late Lonzo and Doris McCoy on July 13, 1950. Larry graduated from Central Highschool in 1970, served in the army and he retired after 29 years from Union Tools.

Larry in his free time enjoyed coaching and playing baseball with his sons. While working he bowled, drag raced, played softball, basketball and rode his Harley. After he retired, he enjoyed watching little Larry and grandkids play sports. And doing target practice with Donnie and Layton.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by loving wife, Chris McCoy of 53 years, sons, Larry (Jessica) and Donnie (Stephanie); grandkids, Layton, Ryleigh, Makallen, Paxton, Donnie, Wyatt, Emberleigh, and Morrigan; nephew, Jason, and several more nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM until time of service at 1:00PM on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, at the O.R. WOODYARD Co. Funeral Home 1346 S. High St, Columbus, OH 43207.
