Larry V. Montoney, age 68, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Grove City, Ohio. Larry was born in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Alva "Ross" and Dorothy Montoney. Larry retired after 35 years of service from the City of Columbus as a Fleet Management Supervisor. He enjoyed working outside on his tractors and vehicles. He loved spending time with his family and cats. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenny Montoney; and sister-in-law, Sandy Montoney. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Tina; daughter, Connie Montoney; siblings, David Montoney and Donna (Greg) Montoney-Wright; sister-in-law, Brenda Montoney; numerous special nieces, nephews, and many friends. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at The Grove Lodge at Scioto Groves Metro Park located at 5172 Jackson Pike Grove City, Ohio 43123.
