Leroy "Randy" Baker, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2020. Born in Columbus, OH to Max and Violet (Triplett) Baker on October 18, 1965. Randy worked in construction all his life and was an outdoorsman to his core. Some of his favorite past times included hunting and fishing. He was known for being the life of any party and could add a ray of light to any room. He always found a way to make anybody laugh. Randy is preceded in death by his father, Max Baker and siblings, Debbie, Ella, and William. He is survived by his children, Brandy Baker, Randy Baker, Sandy Herald, and Jesse Baker; grandchildren, Christian, Kylie, Khamryn, Izzabelle, Riley, and Mason; mother, Violet Baker; siblings, Wanda Kaplansky, Max Baker, and David Baker; and many dear friends and family. Friends may come on Friday, June 5 from 3 until 6 PM when a private family service will be held at the O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, if attending, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Randy's name to the funeral home to offset his final expenses. Cemetery Details Cremation-No cemetery at this time.
