Linda D. "Queenie" Baise, age 72, passed away January 6, 2020. Born November 14, 1947 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late Odas and Edna Maye Nelson. Linda retired from The Columbus Dispatch and worked with her children at Baise Quality Printing. Linda was spoiled by many; she enjoyed traveling and spending summers on her houseboat at Lake Erie. She loved the sun and we can only hope she is on the beach with her parents. She is survived by children, Raymond "Chip" (Kimberly) Baise II, Michana Baise (Bill Shepherd), Jacqueline Workman (Terry Noel), and Troy (Cindi) Baise; grandchildren, Marcus (Ashley) Gee, Chelsea Gee (Shane Shiman), Tori, Tia and Trista Baise, and Kenneth (Crystal) Fields; several other grandchildren and great grandchildren; special cousin, Raymond "Ricky" Hill; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 5 to 8 pm at O. R. Woodyard Co. 1346 S. High St. where funeral service will be held Friday at 11 am. Brother Brice Utt officiating.
