Lisa was a woman with an incredibly big heart, and nothing in this world meant more to her than her family. Above everything else, she was a mother and a grandmother, and those were the roles she treasured most. She loved her children completely and unconditionally, through every season of their lives. Lisa was the person her children could tell anything to. There was never a fear of being judged or loved any less. Whether they needed advice, someone to listen, a place to vent, or simply needed their mom, she was there. They could bring her the good, the bad, the mistakes, and everything in between, and her love for them never changed.

Being a grandmother brought Lisa so much happiness. She spent many of her days caring for her grandchildren and simply being part of their everyday lives. She treasured having them around her, watching them grow, laughing with them, and sharing the ordinary moments that became such a big part of her life. She loved all of her grandchildren deeply, and being their grandma was one of the greatest joys of her life.

Lisa also had so much love in her heart for her mother and sisters. She cherished the memories she made growing up with her sisters and often spoke about the fun they shared and how much those times meant to her. Her mother always held a special place in her heart. They talked every day, and Lisa loved her unconditionally, always wanting to help her, care for her, and simply be there whenever she was needed.

Lisa loved the simple things that made her happy—tanning, watching movies, her favorite snacks, a cold Pepsi, and sitting back with a cigarette surrounded by the people she loved. She loved to laugh and have a good time. She especially loved getting in the car, rolling the windows down, feeling the wind in her hair, turning the music up loud, and just enjoying the ride. Those carefree moments were so much a part of Lisa. She loved to laugh, she loved to have fun, and more than anything, she loved having her people close.

For 26 years, Lisa lived with multiple sclerosis, and the journey asked more of her than most people could ever know. Her body often made even the simplest days difficult, and over the years she had to say goodbye to pieces of the life she once knew. Some of those losses could be seen, while others were carried quietly in her heart. She had to learn how to live without people she once thought would always be beside her and find a new way forward when life looked nothing like she imagined it would.

Through it all, Lisa found comfort in her faith. She loved Jesus and read her Bible every day, turning to God's Word for peace, strength, and reassurance during some of her hardest moments. Life was not always gentle with Lisa, but she continued to love deeply, laugh when she could, and find happiness in being Mom and Grandma and having the people she loved close. There was a quiet strength in the way she kept going, even on the days when simply getting through the day took more from her than anyone realized.

Through the years, Lisa was cared for with so much love by her family. That time together brought countless conversations, laughs, quiet moments, and memories that her family will carry with them forever. She was so much more than a mother to her children. She was someone they could talk to about anything, laugh with, lean on, and always come home to. She was their comfort, their safe place, and simply their Mom.

Ronald Edenfield Jr. was such an important part of Lisa's life and heart. They shared many years together, raised a family, laughed together, and loved one another deeply. Lisa loved Ronald dearly, and there was never any question how deeply he loved her in return. He cared for her, looked after her, and stayed close by her side. The life and family they shared will always be a beautiful part of Lisa's story.

The people who loved Lisa will miss so many things about her—the sound of her laugh, the conversations about anything and everything, the way she could make an ordinary day feel special, and simply knowing she was there. They will miss the little things they never imagined having to miss. But most of all, they will miss the love she gave so freely.

Lisa leaves behind a lifetime of memories, but even more than that, she leaves behind a family who will carry her love with them forever. She will live on in her children, in her grandchildren, in every story they tell and every moment that makes them laugh or cry. The love Lisa gave during her life doesn't end with her passing. It lives on in every person who was lucky enough to be loved by her.

She was deeply loved, she will be deeply missed, and she will forever be Mom and Grandma.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Tommie Bailey, the man who raised her, loved her, and was truly Dad to her throughout her life; her brother, Jeff Bailey, with whom she shared an incredibly close and special bond; her grandmother, Mary Hummel; and her uncle, Jimmie Thompson. Mary and Jimmie both played a special part in raising Lisa during her childhood and held an important place in her heart throughout her life.

Lisa is survived by Ronald Edenfield Jr., with whom she shared a lifetime of love, family, and memories, and who remained lovingly by her side through it all. She is also survived by her five children, Christina Paige, Alan Edenfield, Joseph Edenfield, Rebecca Owens, and Selena Wells; her twelve beloved grandchildren, Tikayla Williamson, Tyler Williamson, Kenny, Damien, Anthony Oliver, Noah Lisk, Isaac Lisk, Leia Owens, Logan Taylor, Liam Wells, Lilly'Ann Wells, and Leo Patrick; her mother, Mary Bailey; and her sisters, Tracy Bailey, Tina Bailey, and Ann Bailey.
