Lloyd E. Mulkey, passed away February 18, 2014 at his home after fighting cancer for the last year. He was born February 25, 1952 in Lawrence Co., Kentucky to his parents, William and Jessie Blevins Mulkey. Lloyd worked with Anderson Concrete Co. for many years, He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to be out hunting, fishing, and camping and he especially loved his family always making the effort for others. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Roger and sister JoAnn. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judy Tussey Mulkey; sons, William Mulkey, and Scotty (Sally) Mulkey; grandchildren, Ryan, Michaela, and Scotty Jr.; brothers, Donald (Irene), Harold (Brenda), Darrel, Randy, Ronnie (Judy); sisters, Clarise Gallion, Sylvia Adams, Julie (Bob) Schmidt, Dottie Stephens, Linda Sue (Ershell) May; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
