Loretta Elaine Chafins, age 64, of Columbus, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at OSU James Cancer Hospital. Born August 8, 1947 in Williamson, WV. A graduate of Columbus State Community College, a certified Boy Scout Leader, and a faithful Christian. The daughter of Reatha Belle (Charles L.) Vaughn and Woodrow W. Austin. Survived by husband, Billy R. Chafins; children, Bonnie S. (Tom) Risner, Tammy A. Price and Tonya M. (Gregg) Collins; brothers, Harmon I. (Connie) Austin and Dean W. Austin; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Cremation services provided by O.R. Woodyard Co. Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be announced at a later date.
