Loretta Lynn Hensley, age 41, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 at her home. Born September 1, 1973 to the late Paul and Thelma Arnold Shreck in Columbus, Ohio. Survived by her sons, Chaz Whitley, Chase Whitley; brothers, Patrick D. Hensley, John Shreck, James Hensley, and Jeffrey Maynard; sisters, Marilyn Puckett, Rebecca Arnold.
