Lowell Thomas "Tom" Woolwine age 85 passed away January 20, 2024. Tom was born January 25, 1938 in East Rainelle, WV and passed away just a few days away from his 86th birthday. He retired from the Railroad after 37 years. He is preceded in death by his mother, Violet Woolwine. Survived by his wife, Wanda Dalton Woolwine; son, Nathan (Ann Marie) Woolwine; daughter, Nora (Aaron) Copeland; stepchildren, Christy (Shayne) Ross, Jeremey (Jessica) Dalton, Misty (Charles) Dugan, and Amy Dalton; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as other family and dear friends.
