Margaret "Shirley" Rogers, age 81, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and loved to go gambling with the bingo girls. Shirley was a Christian and lived life by great example. She was one of the kindest hearted people we knew and always loved everyone she came in contact with. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Dean" Rogers, her sons, Jonah "Dean" Rogers and Gary Lee Rogers; and her parents and her siblings. Survived by her grandchildren, Carla Renee Rogers, Jonah "Dean" Rogers Jr., Joseph Dean (Lori) Rogers; great grandchildren, Eliza, JD, and Charlie Jo; adopted grandchildren, Austin and Riley Neal; nieces and nephews, including Herma Shelton; and many other relatives that she loved dearly. Visitation will be held Friday, November 27th, 2020 from 5-8pm at the Myers Woodyard Funeral Home 587 Main St. Groveport, OH 43125. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 28th, 2020 at 11am. Family is welcome to come an hour early. Masks are required and social distancing is encouraged.
