Mark E. Wolfe, age 72, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 21, 2020 in Columbus, OH. He was born August 18, 1948 in Columbus, OH to the late Frank and Margie Wolfe. He was always the life of the party and his infectious spirit and sense of humor will be missed by all. Mark was also a prominent fixture in the local racing community as a driver, promoter, and car owner. He leaves behind a huge racing family that will forever miss his knowledge and generosity. Mark is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas G. Wolfe. He is survived by his children, Phillip (Lisa) Wolfe and Madelyne Wolfe and her mother, Angelic Jessee; grandson, Lincoln Wolfe; brothers, Scott (Peggy) Wolfe and Patrick Wolfe; niece, Rebecca and nephew Matthew Wolfe; former spouses, Janet Walker and Sherry Colbert-Wolfe; special friend, Lisa West; business partner Daniel Pizzurro. and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation for Mark will be Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH. Graveside committal will be 11 a.m. Thursday, January 7, 2021 at St. Joseph Cemetery 6440 S. High St. in Lockbourne, OH.
