Obituary

Marlina Jo Williams was born on December 14th, 1958, in Columbus Ohio. She passed-away at her home in Pataskala, Ohio on September 3, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her father Joe M. Williams, her mother Shelvajean Antle (Countryman) and her stepfather Gene L. Antle. Also, by her brothers; Michael G. Antle and Mark R. Antle.

Marlina loved many things:

She loved her family! She is survived by her son David A. Williams, her granddaughter Anora Williams, her brother Joe M. Williams Jr, her sister Lisa J O'brien and many cousins and friends.

She loved to share a joke or a funny meme. She had a wonderful sarcastic sense of humor.

She loved to be outdoors, she loved nature and loved to work in her gardens, both inside and out. She loved the squirrels that visited her porch daily, stray cats, and birds (especially hummingbirds).

She loved her 3 cats; Go Home, Malekai and Thomas.

She loved to snorkel!

But mostly Marlina loved horses. She loved everything about them. She loved to ride them, brush them, she even loved to muck stalls and clean up after them. She was happiest when she was in their presence. She spent much of her time advocating for the wild horses in America. She even traveled to the Virginia Range near Reno, Nevada just to catch a glimpse of them.

Wherever Marlina's spirit has gone, you can bet there are horses nearby. When you see them, think of her.

Per her wishes, Marlina will be laid to rest with her father Joe at the Waterloo Cemetery in Pancoastburg, Ohio on Sept 27th at 1pm.
