Preceded in death by her parents, John and Frances Spaulding and her brother, James Spaulding. Survived by children, Fred Sheppard Jr. and Leona Cook; grandchildren, Bobby Sheppard, Rodney Cook, Rachel Cook, Jonathon Block and Fred Sheppard III; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Imogene Smith, Brenda Tackett, Virginia DeWitt and Faye Stepp; brother, Charlie Spaulding; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 10th from 5-8 PM at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street where the funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 AM. Pastor Julius Muncy officiating.
