Marvin Logan Sr., age 70, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 3, 2025.  Marvin was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 6, 1954, to Danny and Florence (Brinson) Logan.  Marvin loved music and played several instruments.  He was in several groups including Larry Wilson & God's Country Band.  Member of Saving Grace Baptist Church.  Marvin is preceded in death by parents, Danny and Florence Logan; brothers, Danny Jr and Steve Logan.  He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beverly; children, Marvin (Sandy) Logan, Beverly (Matthew) Murphy, Jamie (Danny) Lones and Jason (Terra) Logan; grandchildren, Allison, Brian Jr, Kristina, Kyle, Brianna, Brody, Brady, Alisha, Andrew and Dustin; many great grandchildren; sisters, Carol (Terry) Cordell and Debbie "Jeanie" Moore; several nieces and nephews and family.  Marvin enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his dogs.  Friends may call at O. R. Woodyard Co. Chapel, 1346 South high Street, Columbus, Ohio on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 2 pm until 4 pm.  Funeral service will be held Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11 am.   Pastor Keith Parsons officiating.  Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.  Family suggests donations be made to funeral home to help defray costs.
