Mary Lou Neff, age 74 passed away peacefully on November 14, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio.  Mary was born in Louisa, Kentucky on September 17, 1951, to the late Chester and Egie Juanita Coffey.

Mary, AKA "Momma Neff" as she was known as by many because she treated everyone as her own child and would get mad if you tried to call her anything else. She loved all her grandchildren and loved being called Mimi.  She was a fantastic seamstress, and her talent will be greatly missed. There was never a 50/50 drawing or raffle that she did not win. She was the luckiest person.  She enjoyed throwing darts and horseshoes with her Groveport Moose Lodge #1245 family and won multiple tournaments. Once moving to Stockport, Ohio she enjoyed the peaceful life with her dog and cats and working in her garden.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years Kenneth "Dan" Neff. Survived by her children Danny (Misty) Neff, Michael (Debbie) Neff, grandchildren Kaleb Edgers, Danielle Edgers, Sierra (Ben) Shipley, Emma and Scout Neff, great-grandchildren Hudson and Bennett Shipley.  Brothers Gary Coffey, Larry (Cheryl) Coffey, Steve (Shelly) Coffey and multiple nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1 pm. at O.R. Woodyard Company Chapel, 1346 S. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43207. Burial to follow at Obetz Cemetery.
