In Loving Memory of Mavrick Levi Tate

On Thursday, July 30, 2026, our sweet baby boy, Mavrick Levi Tate, was born into eternal sleep. Even though he never drew a breath in our world, he taught us the true meaning of unconditional love. His memory is held safely on Earth in the hearts of his parents, Anthony and Faith; his sisters, Ember and Patience; and a large family who will love and miss him every single day. He was welcomed directly into Heaven by his great grandparents and numerous family members and friends that preceded him.

Gathering of family and friends will be Monday, August 10, 2026, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 p.m. at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main St. in Groveport, OH. Pastor William Loudermilk will officiate. Mavrick will be laid to rest following the ceremony at Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH.
