Melissa Ann Alfred, age 57, passed away on August 9, 2024. She was born in Columbus, OH on November 18, 1966. And was born to the late Dennis and Martha Poole.

Melissa was a lover of rock music and she was always there for her friends and family. In her free time she could be found at a concert, it did not matter if it was Rock or Country music, she was there. When she was at home she loved to catch up on her favorite TV shows, whether it was about making a meal, or solving a crime.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons, Nathan Alfred and Thomas Alfred; siblings, Terry, Marie and Denise.

If you were apart of her life, that means she always had your back. She loved the people in her life, even if she was a bit secluded.

Visitation for Melissa will be on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 10:30 A.M. until time of funeral service at 12:30 P.M. at the O.R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, Ohio.
