Melissa Ann (Rarey) Warton, age 41, went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on September 19, 2022. She was born on August 1, 1981 in Columbus, Ohio to David and Violet Rarey. Melissa worked for Chase Bank for 15 years, and currently worked for Riverside Methodist Hospital for the last 10 years. She always had a smile on her face and a cheerful personality; she paid great attention to detail and took great pride in her appearance. Melissa cared deeply for her nieces and nephews, loved her yorkie Holly, and was a collector of all things Mickey Mouse. Melissa is survived by her husband of 9 years, David Warton; her parents, David and Violet Rarey; her siblings: Emily Rarey and April (Reginald) Burney; half-siblings: David Rarey Jr., Cherity (Conrad) Juergensmeyer, John Rarey, Susan (Jason) Dailey, Jeff (Natalie) Rarey; eight nephews and five nieces; mother and father in law, David and Rae Ann Warton; brother in law, and Stephen (Jeraldine) Warton. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Rohr Road Baptist Church (2225 Rohr Road Lockbourne, OH 43137) from 6 to 8 PM and on Friday from 11 AM until time of service at 12 Noon.
