Michael D." Vinyl Mike" Brown, age 48, passed away Monday August 15, 2011. Mike worked construction specializing in vinyl siding and roofing. He was known as the neighborhood handy man and was always there to help a friend. Preceded in death by wife, Dolores Brown. Survived by father, Henry Brown; mother and step-father, Nancy and Don BeLoat; son Michael Leavy; granddaughter, Faith Marie; best friend Mack Blankenship. Friends may call at O. R.
