Michael Richard Harris, age 55, of Columbus, Ohio has gone to be with our Lord in Heaven on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. He was born Tuesday, July 13, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio; son of the late Arnold and OlaMae Harris. He was a dedicated son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, cousin and friend to many. Michael was known for his heart of gold. He loved his many vehicles and his thick silver chain. He was known to many as "Dicky Boy." He always had an ice cold Pepsi in hand and bubble gum in his pocket. He could always light up a room with his sense of humor. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and OlaMae Harris. He is survived by his wife, Mandy Harris; children, Michael, Timothy (Ashley), Cortney, and Dustin; sisters, Deborah (Delbert) Perdue and Mona Kay (Roger) Swisher; brother, Gary (Lexi) Harris; grandchildren, Caidance, Marissa, Ember, Mystykah, and Jacob; many nieces, nephews and special canine companion, Emma. Friends may call Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. at the O.R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH, where funeral service will be Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 11 a.m. Pastors Alan Ward and Dennis Shrewsberry officiating.
