Nancy J. Reinholdt Penrod, 83 of Groveport, Ohio passed away December 3, 2024 at Hospice of Central Ohio - OSU. Nancy was born on March 31, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois.  Daughter of the late Halvdan and Ruth Reinholdt, who were immigrants from Norway and Denmark. Nancy retired with 30 years of service from the Ohio Department of Health, Office of Management Information Systems in 2003 where she last worked as a Data System Coordinator. Nancy was a member of the State Employee's Choir, served as an officer with OCSEA, a member of the ODH Friends Forever Group, and a member of her beloved Madison Christian Church in Groveport.

Nancy was proceeded in death by her husband Raymond W. Penrod, sister Joanne Hendsbee,  her parents and two special furkids Tiger and Tawny. Nancy is survived by her nephews Daryl (Marsha) Hendsbee, Kevyn (Darlene) Hendsbee, Lorin (Sheila) Hendsbee and Carey (Sabrina) Hendsbee; brother-in-law, Bruce (Betty) Hendsbee; many great and great-great nieces and nephews, adopted daughter Susan (Steven) Tuggle, adopted grandchildren Jessica, Randal, Nathan, Anna, Khloe and Kenna and great grandchildren Jude and Penelope; special friends Rosemary (Scott) Warner, Laura Sibbert, Mary Dixon, Marilyn Bailey and Pam Bailey.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 9, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main St. in Groveport. Visitation will continue from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Madison Christian Church, 3565 Bixby Road, Groveport, Ohio 43125 with Pastor Paul Barnes officiating.  Interment at Glen Rest Cemetery, 8029 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Road, SE, Newark, Ohio 43055 are requested.
