Nathan "Nate" Adam Brandt, 36, passed unexpectedly on April 18, 2021. Nate was born August 9th, 1984 to Kevin and Lisa (Nobel) Brandt. A 2002 graduate of Groveport Madison High School, he enjoyed competitive weight lifting and playing football. Nate will be remembered for his sense of humor and passion for making all around him laugh endlessly. He was a skilled bartender, cinema fan, and lover of life. Nate's favorite thing above all else was caring for his Nieces and Nephew, by whom he will be dearly missed. Nate is preceded in death by his father Kevin Brandt. Nate is survived by his mother, Lisa (Randy Hay) Nobel-Brandt; his brother Erik (Anna) Brandt. Aunts and uncles Debbie (Jim Willis) Plank; George (Becki) Nobel, Aaron Freeman, and Dan Plank. Cousins Gina (Adam) Rodgers; Angie (Jess) Camarena; Gia (Jimmy) Wierenga and Johnathan (Megan) Brunton. Close family friends Valerie and Heather (Nathan Boggs) White and his beloved nieces and nephew Kellan, Lola and baby Rowan. Family will receive friends Thursday, April 22 from 6 until time of service at 7:30pm at MYERS-WOODYARD 587 Main Street Groveport, OH 43125. Graveside service will take place on Friday April 23rd 11am at Saint Joseph Cemetery 6440 South High St. The family invites friends to join them celebrating Nathans life on Friday, April 23rd from 6-9 at the Paddock Pub at the Links Golf Course 1005 Richardson Road, Groveport, OH 43125. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Nate's memory be made to the Columbus Humane Society or The American Heart Association.
