Nisha was loved by all who knew her. She loved spending time with her friends and family. Nisha spent her time dancing, gardening, sewing, cooking, hanging out with her dogs, and taking care of her husband, children, family, and friends. She loved Hindi music, sunflowers, and sparkly things. She bought lots of gifts for her family and loved to shop. She was a hell of a cook. Her baby sister

liked to pull her hair when she was trying to annoy her. She took great trips and ate damn good dosa chole and mango lassi with her family. She threw a damn good party for her daughter's wedding. She burned her daughter's ex- boyfriend's clothes in the yard when he wronged her with a ferocity you have never seen. Nisha was a fierce tiger mom. She always protected her own (including

everyone she met). She took in the friends of her children who needed a safe place in a storm. She loved unconditionally, but was always ready to offer wanted or unwanted advice on how to live a good life. She is survived by her husband Tom, her children Asha and Alex, and her sister Neeta and brother-in-law, Brad. Aunts (Masis): Sheila, Promila, Ruby, Estelle, Roseline, Erica Cousins Rajeev, Akash, Anjum, Dolly, Sonu, Avinash, Sunny, Ricky, Matthew, Erica, Ami and Ronnie Brother and sister-in-law: Jim and Kathy

Nieces and Nephews: Andrea, Alexis, Lucy, Elle, Amira, Andrew, Brian, Kip, Jenny, Nick, Chad, Carrie, Tina. She has always been loved and cherished and will continue to be.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2024, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm., with funeral service at 1:00 pm., at O. R. Woodyard Co. Funeral & Cremation Services, 1346 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43207. Burial will take place in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
