Obituary

Noah Hall, age 70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at his home in Laurelville, OH. Noah was born May 10, 1954 in Logan, WV to his late parents, Winford and Marie Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hall. Noah was raised in Delbarton, WV and graduated from Lenore High School Class of 1972. After his graduation, moved to Columbus, OH to be with the love of his life, Verna Newsome. They were wed soon after in 1973 and eventually had their three "miracle" girls, as he put it. Noah retired from Plating Technology in Columbus, OH., where he was employed for over 20 years. He enjoyed attending Dewberry Church of God, playing basketball, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, and cheering on the West Virginia Mountineers football team. He was an American Patriot who loved God, his family and America.

Noah is survived by his wife of 51 years, Verna Hall; daughters, Kristin (Steve) Crank, Katrina (Jack) Reese, and Karin (Joey) Blackburn; grandchildren (to whom he was known as Poppy and Grandpa), Ashton, Aden, Dylan, Mallie, Cerenity, Zander, Katelynn, Aubrey, Addison, Josiah, and Aspen; siblings, Winford Lee (Carmen) Hall, Drema Davis, Jesse (Darlene) Hall, and Wade Hall; stepmother, Lois Hall; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and many in-laws.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH. Pastor Jeff Leslie officiating.
