Norman Dee Banks, age 69, passes away at home with family in Rondale's arms.  Born in Huntington Park, California on July 30, 1957.  Norman worked as an electrician.  Preceded in death by parents, Norman and Joyce (Davies) Banks; siblings, William Banks, DiAnn Roberts, Michael Banks and Mary Banks.  Norman is survived by loving wife of 35 years, Angel Banks; children, Carrissa (Rob) Allen, Paul Nichols and Kevin Nichols; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Lynda Reyes, Darla (Danny) Stauffer, Ron (Audra) Banks and Nancy Lake; several nieces, nephews and family.  Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 1:30 pm., at Obetz Cemetery.  Arrangements by O. R. Woodyard High Street Chapel.
