Norman Eugene Holsinger, age 82, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at High Banks.  Norman was born in West Portsmouth, OH, on October 9, 1943 to the late Gordon and Ocie Holsinger. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Beverly; son, Eric; daughters, Robin, Angela, and Tina; sister, Charlotte; and brother, Junior. Norman is survived by his son, Eugene; nieces, Vadia (Terry) Shortridge and Tonya Clark; nephew, Matthew Burchett; cousins, Phyllis Osbourne, Bill (Karen) Shortridge; several nieces, nephews, and family members. Visitation will be Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH. Pastor Don Estep officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery, Citcleville, OH.
