Patricia Ann Bloomfield, age 80 of Columbus OH, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2024 at her home. She was born to the late Floyd and Ruth Hayhurst.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Kevin Bloomfield and brother Floyd Hayhurst. She is survived by her daughter, Lynette Welch; grandchildren, Chila Carsey, Katrina Langdon, Tika Swisher, Billy Welch, Britney Denny, Dustin and Austin Bloomfield, many great-grandchildren, family and friends
