Patricia Ann Jones

Patricia Ann Jones, 70, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025, after a courageous 10-year battle with ALS.

Born on July 24, 1954, in Hampton, VA. Patricia lived a life marked by resilience, love, and devotion to her family. She retired from a dedicated career at McGraw Hill, where she made lasting friendships and impacted many through her work.

Patricia was preceded in death by her loving parents, Peggy and Bert Tuggle, and her brother, Tony Tuggle.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Tom Jones; her beloved son Tommie (Becky) Jones; her cherished grandchildren Casey (Lexi) Jones, Corey Jones, and Caylee Jones; her brother David (Charlotte) Tuggle; and a host of extended family members and close friends who will miss her dearly.

Patricia's strength, warmth, and generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Her legacy will live on through the love she gave so freely and the memories shared by those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Visitation for Patricia will be Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS United in her memory.
