Patty Lynn Phillips (Mullins) age 50, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday July 14,2024.  Born July 16, 1973 in Williamson, West Virginia. Daughter to Arnold & Cora ( Muncy) Mullins . Patty lived in Jackson where she enjoyed attending Liberty Christian Center but frequented the Columbus area where she spent her time being a devoted mother and mawmaw

Patty Lynn is survived by father, Arnold Mullins & his wife Pam Mullins; best friend Jeffrey Forrest; children and grandchildren, Amber & Phillip Johnson (Adam,Treydan,Stormy), Sieara Phillips (babygirl unborn) & son Dale Phillips Jr (Chloe); Sister Melissa Spaulding; niece Aly McDonald (Camdyn , Caysen); nephew, Jonaus Moore;  many more family, extended family  and friends who loved her dearly!

She was Preceded in death by mother, Cora Mullins; ex husband, Dale Phillips Sr.;  brother, Edward Marcum;  aunt, Mary Johnson and many more loved and missed family and friends.

Visitation will be held at 11am to 1 pm  Wednesday July 24,2024, with funeral service at 1 pm at O.R. Woodyard Co. South Chpael, 1346 S. High Street Columbus Ohio 43207. Burial will follow at Obetz Cemetery 4455 Groveport Road Obetz, Ohio 43207.
