Paul W. Hershner went home to the Lord on his 97th birthday, January 19th, 2018. Paul was born in Hamilton, Ohio to parents Theodore and Irene (Beiser) Hershner in 1921. He graduated from Hamilton High School and worked at the Champion Paper Co. before enlisting in the Air Force. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. bombardier at Big Springs, Texas. In 1944 his B-17 crew was sent to Molesworth, England for bombing raids in Germany. Paul spent most of his career in sales with Diem and Wing/RIS Paper Co. in Columbus, Ohio. He was a devoted member of Meadow Park Church of God, where he served in many capacities. He loved the church, his family, and two grandchildren, who provided many years of happiness. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 60 years, Imogene (Johnson) Hershner, and seven brothers, Reginald (Penny), Neil, Calvin, James, Theodore, Wilson, and Fred. He is survived by his four children, Summer (Ray) Jones, Autum (Gary) Belyk, Todd (Shirley) Hershner, and Tim (Jennifer) Hershner, his two grandchildren, Abigail and Grant, as well as many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 26th beginning at 10 am, followed by an 11 am memorial service at Meadow Park Church of God, 2425 Bethel Road, 43220. A luncheon will follow. Donations in Paul's memory may be made to Meadow Park Church. Cemetery Details Cremation-No cemetery at this time.
