Obituary

Paul Eugene May, age 65, passed away Thursday May  29, 2025, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Paul was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 12, 1959, to the late Donald and Barbara May. As well as his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his son, Debora "Debbie" May; second wife, Janice May; brother, Donald Lee May; sister, Hannah Hoskins; brother-in-law, Dallas Thompson. Paul is survived by his wife, Rebecca of 7 years; son, Paul "PJ" (Chelsea) May; step daughter Michelle Busick; stepsons, Ethan Agler and James (Ashley) Tabor; grandson, Rickie May; step grandchildren, Piper and Augustus Tabor; sisters, Penny Thompson and Ruthann (Eugene) Thompson; brothers, Harold and Robert May; many nieces, nephews other children and friends,Paul was an ordained minister, and a deacon in his church, ABBA Ministries. He retired after 25 years of service with Big Lots as a forklift operator. He was an avid fan of  WWE wrestling and loved watching along with his wrestling buddy's, PJ and Tony. Paul was passionate about his bowling leagues, The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, Reese Cups, and Dr. Pepper, but more importantly than anything else, he was passionate about his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Paul didn't lose his battle with cancer, he won the victory through Jesus Christ. Visitation for Paul will be held Monday June 9, 2025, at O.R. Woodyard Co. South High St. Chapel from 12:00 PM until time of service at 1:00 PM. Bishop Jean Green officiating. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
