Penny Starr Fraker age 64 of Grove City, Ohio passed away Thursday August 13th, 2020 at Drs West hospital of Columbus Ohio. Penny was born March 15th, of 1954 in Columbus Ohio to Dick and Bonnie Anelick. She was married to Charles Fraker, who passed away March 6th, 2020. Penny was a North High School graduate. Penny worked at Carriage Court in Grove City for many years, she loved working with the elder and was such a blessing to them. She was also a wonderful Sunday School teacher at Shadeville church of God before she became ill and diagnosed with Parkinsons. She later became a member of New Hope Pentecostal Church under Pastor Israel Ochoa. Penny was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Great Aunt and friend. Penny is survived by daughter Amy Starr Baldwin (Rickey Baldwin) of Columbus,Ohio, Darla Murphy of Columbus, Ohio. Sisters Gayle (John Dyer), Michelle Phipps, Grandchildren, Leah Shaw (Kyle Shaw), Kateland Trimmer, Caleb Farley, Shayla Trimmer, Tristan Trimmer, Shawn Trimmer, Abigail Farley, Addison Baldwin, Morgan Farley, Charlotte Ochoa and Lliam Murphy. She had 6 nieces and 4 nephews and numerous extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by Father Dick Anelick, Mother Bonnie Anelick, and Brother Richard Anelick, and son Shawn Monroe Trimmer. Services will be held at New Hope Pentecostal Church Tuesday August 18th, 2020 for visitation from 2-4 and 6-8, funeral will be Wednesday August 19th at 11am, Pastor Israel Ochoa officiating.
