Phillip Burnett, age 45, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Born on May 12, 1971 to Ed and Judy Burnett. Phillip attended Eastmoor High School and was a self-employed contractor. He is survived by his parents; son, Nicholas Burnett of Columbus; sister, Laura Muldrew of Columbus; nephew, James Muldrew; companion, Carolyn; man's best friend, Dom; and many other family members and friends. A gathering will be held in Phillip's memory, Wednesday, October 5, from 5 PM to time of service at 7:30 PM at the O.R. WOODYARD CO SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 South High Street. Joe McDowell officiating.
