Phylisteen Blankenship, age 67, passed away Monday October 24, 2011 at Kobacker House. Preceded in death by husband, Earcel D. Blankenship Sr.; daughter, Linda G. Blankenship; brother Ernest Clayton Wolford. Survived by sons, Earsel Darrell (Gwen) Blankenship Jr. and Ricky (Tammy) Blankenship; grandchildren, Rick (Samantha), Darrick, Zachary (Chelsi) and Stephanie; 7 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Tillie (Greg) Stanley and Brenda Blankenship; close friend, Francis Runyon.
