Phyllis Jean Liddell, 86, passed away on December 30th, 2023, surrounded by her family after a hard-fought battle with dementia. Born September 26th, in Logan, West Virginia, daughters Beverly Ann Mitchell and Lisa Joy Liddell (Tim) and son Bob Jr (Colleen) survive her. Grandchildren Vincent Mitchell (Marianne), Luke Mitchell (Brandy), Ashley Liddell (Calvin), Caitlin Liddell, Justin Liddell (Kenzie), Jason Liddell (Allie), Tyler Blevins, Elainna Blevins, Michael Bond , Stacey Carr, (Chip), 11 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Opal Halley, her husband of 58 years Bob Liddell Sr. and 6 of her children Otis C, Rodney, Pam, Teresa, Carol, and Kay. After settling in Columbus, she worked for over 15 years at Westinghouse followed by another twenty years at First Community Village in Upper Arlington as a housekeeper.
