Phyllis A. Ratliff, age 72 of Columbus, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. She was born on January 17, 1947 to the late Thomas L. Damron and Attie Mae Caudill. Phyllis worked as a record keeper and typist for Central Benefits for 20 years and was a member of the Community Church of God. Phyllis leaves behind her significant other of many years, David Shanks; son, Robert Ratliff; grandson, Eugene McClasky; many other dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.
