Phyllis VonDach age 79, of Columbus, OH, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026. Phyllis was born on August 27, 1946 in Leon West Virginia to the late Roy and Erma Matheny. Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents; husband Jim; brothers Roy Allen and Terry Matheny; sister in laws, Sue and Susie Matheny; brother in laws, Bruce Cunningham and George Williams. Phyllis is survived by her loving son Thomas VonDach; sisters, Janet Cunningham, Betty (Dermot) O'Deady, Elva Williams, Annabelle Edwards and Beverly (Paul) Goodnite. Brothers; Dennis (Marsha) Matheny, Curtiss (Cathy) Matheny, Randy Matheny, Rick (Margaret) Matheny, Garry (Shelly) Matheny, Mark (Esther) Matheny. Several nieces and nephews.
