Randy Keith West, age 60, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. He was born March 4, 1960 in Columbus, OH to the late Wilburn and Irene West. Randy retired from Martin Marietta after 26 years of service. He attended Parsons Ave. Church of God for his entire life. He was a gentle soul that loved God and his family first, followed closely by NASCAR, woodworking, hunting, and his beloved dogs, Trouble and Mary Jane. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Wilburn Stanley West. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Evelyn "Beth" West; children, Bryan Copper, Nina (Josh) Crase, Adam Bowden and Shane (Karen) Bowden; grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor, Logan, Ava, Bryan, Braeden, Greyson, Lauren and Jacob; great grandson, Kade; siblings, Barbara (Clark) McKinney, Wanda (Darrel) Doss, and James West; nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends may call on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the Parsons Ave. Church of God, 3389 Parsons Ave in Columbus, OH 43207. Brother Edgar Hatfield officiating. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
