Ray W. Mills, age 90, passed away on May 18, 2025 surrounded by family. Born in South Bloomingville, Ohio September 28, 1934 to the late Elmer and Gertrude Mills. He was a World Class Trap Shooter, love outdoors, enjoyed camping and making memories with his wife and family. Retired from Conard Lang Concrete Company after 42 years. He is preceded in death by daughter, Deborah Horsley; grandson, Travis Seelig; brother, Ted Mills; and sister, Shirley Garrett. Ray is survived by beloved wife of 74 years, Helen Mills; son, Ray Mills Jr.; granddaughter, Brook (Todd) Zahard; greatgrandchildren, Shawnee Zahard, Rayven (Austin) Cole, Nick Seelig, and Nate Seelig; great great grandchildren, Blakely and Finley Cole; many extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025, 3:00 pm - 05:00 PM at O. R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel 1346 South High Street. Private family interment at Bainbridge Cemetery
